1. Services Offered and Business Model

TICKET EXPRESS IT is a tour operator based in Rome, Italy. We operate under a hybrid business model combining affiliate services and direct sales:

  • Direct sale of airport transfers and private transportation services
  • Affiliate services: Travel insurance (Ekta), Luggage storage, Compensation for delayed flights (AirHelp), and Phone top-ups that redirect to external platforms
  • Sale of train tickets by redirecting to specialized partner platforms
  • Booking of tourist tours and cultural activities through partners like Trip.com
  • Personalized travel consulting and planning
  • IMPORTANT: Some services are processed directly on our website, while others redirect to external partner sites. For affiliate services, we act as an intermediary, and the specific service conditions are set by the final provider.
2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with complete details of your purchase, including booking number, e-tickets, and payment receipt.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Cash payments at our offices
  • Bank transfers
  • Account balance payments for registered clients

2.3 Pricing and Fees

All prices shown include VAT where applicable. Train ticket prices include a 10% service commission and a €2 management fee per person. Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is completed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Train Tickets

Cancellation policies for train tickets vary depending on the rail operator and the type of ticket purchased. Flexible tickets may be modified or canceled with a fee according to the operator's conditions. Non-refundable tickets cannot be canceled or modified.

3.2 Tours and Activities

For tours and tourist activities, we apply the following policies:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund
  • Cancellation between 24-48 hours: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours: no refund

3.3 Phone Recharges

Phone recharges are non-refundable services once processed. In case of an error in the phone number provided by the customer, no refunds will be issued.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
  • Verify all booking details before confirming payment
  • Present required documentation (passport, ID, visas) as applicable
  • Arrive sufficiently early at train stations and tour meeting points
  • Comply with the rules and regulations of service providers
  • Notify of any changes or issues as soon as possible
5. Limitation of Liability

TICKET EXPRESS IT acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers (rail operators, tour organizers, telecom operators). Our liability is limited to the proper management of bookings and information transmission.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or service modifications by providers
  • Loss of luggage or personal belongings
  • Accidents, injuries, or illnesses during travel
  • Issues arising from inadequate documentation or lack of visas
  • Force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.)
6. Personal Data Protection

At TICKET EXPRESS IT, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

Your personal data will be used exclusively for:

  • Processing and managing your bookings
  • Sending confirmations and travel documentation
  • Communicating with you about your contracted services
  • Improving our services and user experience
